Amber is a Northern-based Acting and LAMDA teacher, passionate about empowering young people through drama to build confidence, creativity, and empathy for everyday life. She holds a PGCE in Drama from Manchester Metropolitan University and a BA Hons in Acting from The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. A represented actor, Amber has trained at Act Up North Leeds and gained CPD training from renowned companies like Frantic Assembly, Gecko Theatre, and Leeds Theatre in Education. Highlights: Amber was shortlisted for an Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation Scholarship, is a published poet in An Anthology of Northern Writing, and was awarded Teacher of the Year in 2021. With over six years of experience teaching Acting and LAMDA across schools in the North West, Yorkshire, and online, Amber is dedicated to making theatre accessible, inspiring, and impactful for students of all backgrounds. Amber currently offers LAMDA (acting) training and drama classes that focus on expression, voice, body, exploring methods, script work, improvisation, and more, for ages 7-17. She previously led a Performing Arts and Employability program at Leeds City College and is committed to helping students discover their most confident selves.
